Group Therapy.

Group therapy provides a supportive environment where individuals can connect with others facing similar challenges. It offers opportunities for shared learning, emotional support, and skill-building. Groups can be particularly effective in fostering personal growth, improving coping mechanisms, and enhancing social connections.

At Tona Therapy, we offer two types of groups:

  • Psychoeducation/Skills Groups: These focus on teaching participants about mental health topics and developing practical coping skills.

  • Process Groups: These are more discussion-based, where members explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and collaborative space.
